Ben brings a unique combination of experience in both agriculture and community banking. He has spent more than 10 years farming in the Sibley area and the past five years serving as a commercial and agricultural lender at Longview Community Bank. Through his work and community involvement in multiple volunteer organizations, he has developed a passion for supporting local businesses and helping others succeed.

As Facilitator, Ben is excited to help our students build confidence, develop leadership skills, and experience firsthand what entrepreneurship looks like in our communities. He believes that curiosity, hard work, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone are some of the greatest keys to success.
