Today, the Prairieland CEO class visited with the Ford County Sheriff’s Department to learn more about leadership, teamwork, and the importance of community partnerships in maintaining safety.

Students heard powerful messages about being mentally tough, trusting your instincts, and understanding that it’s okay to show emotion—even strong leaders need moments of reflection. They were also reminded to find balance by doing something they love.

We appreciate the Ford County Sheriff’s Department for taking the time to share valuable lessons and for their continued commitment to protecting and supporting our community.
