Today we had the chance to sit down with Matthew Birky, the entrepreneur behind multiple On Track and Triple M businesses. Matthew didn’t just share business strategies—he shared life lessons.

He talked about how each of his companies was built with intention:

🛠️ On Track Trucking – created from a desire to serve farmers and businesses with reliability and care.
🌾 On Track Farming – rooted in a family tradition of agriculture and stewardship.
🪝 Triple M Towing & Triple M Car Wash – built to fill community needs with honest, dependable service.

Throughout our visit, one theme kept surfacing: leadership grounded in faith, supported by family, and strengthened by integrity. Matthew encouraged students to work hard, remain teachable, and stay true to what matters most—even when no one is watching.

Our class left inspired, reminded that the best businesses are built not just with skill, but with character.
