If you’ve been around this program the last two years, this is a familiar face!

Sarah is stepping into her second year as facilitator, and we’ve loved seeing the positive changes in the class. Systems are stronger. Confidence is stronger. The students are stronger.

What makes her leadership different is that this isn’t theoretical for her.

Her oldest son went through CEO.

She’s watched what this program does to a student. The way they carry themselves differently, the way they speak up, the way they start thinking like owners instead of employees.

That perspective matters.

She’s also an entrepreneur herself. Sarah owns and runs Corn Crib Candles out of her home in Gibson City. She knows the reality of building something from scratch. The risk. The responsibility. The pride.

She also brings a strong educational background to the program, holding two bachelor’s degrees (one in Ag Business and one in Animal Science) along with an MBA in Finance and Organizational Leadership.

She and her husband Adam are raising two boys while she shows up every single day for our kids.

This program doesn’t grow without someone steady at the center of it.

We’re grateful it’s her.

If you see Sarah, tell her thank you. & if you have a student who needs this kind of leadership in their life, applications are open through April 15th.
