Ashlee joined the Prairieland CEO board in spring 2024 and serves as Vice Chairman. She brings a thoughtful presence to the table, grounded in her work at Edward Jones, with a focus in financial planning and wealth management. Her perspective blends professionalism, organization, and a genuine belief in what this program can do for students.

Ashlee sees Prairieland CEO as a program rooted in growth, not just entrepreneurship. She believes in giving students real-world leadership and professional skills, meaningful community relationships, personalized mentorship, and the experience of building a working business from the ground up. She supports development that strengthens both confidence and practical ability.

Ashlee enjoys country living outside Paxton, where she and her husband, Aaron, are raising their three children around world rooted in hog and grain farming. Their family life is shaped by open spaces, small-town values, and weekends spent camping together.

So yes, Ashlee is helping guide the future of Prairieland CEO while building a strong foundation at home and in her community.
