Meet Josh!
Strong organizations are built by people who can see the big picture and understand the details that make it work.
That’s Josh.
As Secretary of Prairieland CEO, Josh has been part of the board for the past four years, bringing continuity, perspective, and a steady voice to the table. He understands where we’ve been, where we are, and where we need to go next… and he’s not afraid to help bridge those gaps.
Josh brings a uniquely well‑rounded lens to board discussions. His experience spans business, agriculture, technology, finance, and more, allowing him to connect dots others might miss and ask the right questions at the right time. He values practical solutions, informed decisions, and progress that’s built to last.
Outside of the boardroom, Josh lives in rural Melvin, where he works as a Region Business Manager for GROWMARK. He’s also deeply rooted in agriculture, operating a family farm alongside his dad and brother; a connection that keeps him grounded in both tradition and innovation.
At home, leadership looks a little different. Josh and his wife, Sarah, are raising five young children, balancing busy schedules, big responsibilities, and the everyday moments that matter most.
He’s helping guide the future of Prairieland CEO while building one of his own, both professionally and at home.
We couldn’t be more grateful for leadership that brings experience, perspective, and a deep commitment to what really matters. Thank you Josh!
