Over the past few months, Ben has been working behind the scenes with our board, and we have been incredibly impressed with his dedication, leadership, and enthusiasm for our program. He's embraced every opportunity to learn, brought fresh ideas to the table, and has already helped us make meaningful progress as we prepare for the year ahead.

Last week’s Orientation made one thing abundantly clear: Ben has a natural ability to lead these students. Watching him interact with our Class of 2027 and their families reinforced what we already believed - our students are in great hands.

Ben serves as an Agricultural and Commercial Lender at Longview Community Bank and recently completed facilitator training through Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship. He'll guide our students through a year of real-world learning experiences, business visits, mentorship, and entrepreneurship while helping them discover what's possible for their futures.

We truly believe Ben is going to do great things for Prairieland CEO, and we couldn't be more excited to see where this year takes our students.
