Over the last 6 weeks, our CEO cohort has been working hard on their first business project. Badge Business!

While it may sound simple to create a name badge, this group started with nothing, no money, little information, and a world of possibilities.

They learned a lot from a seemingly simple task. From brainstorming ideas and making decisions to working with a business partner, managing expenses, meeting deadlines, and delivering a finished product, the students got a firsthand look at what it takes to turn an idea into reality.

Along the way, they faced challenges, made mistakes, solved problems, and learned the importance of communication, teamwork, and accountability. Most importantly, they discovered that even a small business project requires a lot more thought and effort than it might appear!

A special THANK YOU to Kief Realty for partnering with our students and helping make this experience possible. Community businesses willing to invest their time and resources into our young entrepreneurs are what make the CEO program so valuable.
