Today, the Prairieland CEO class had the incredible opportunity to visit Engelbrecht Grills & Farms—a company and family with deep Midwestern roots and a global reach.

From backyards and campgrounds in every state to outdoor kitchens across nearly every continent Engelbrecht’s craftsmanship has been featured on major networks, in cookbooks, and even gifted by the White House. Their grills have become favorites of chefs like Bobby Flay, but most importantly—they bring families and friends together around the table.

We also learned about the history of Engelbrecht Farm, first cultivated in the late 1800s. The property still carries pieces of its original story—from old foundations to the windmill well—showing the lasting legacy of hard work and innovation.
