About Me

My name is Mackenzie Darling. I’m 16 years old and currently a junior at Fisher Jr/Sr High School. I live in Fisher, Illinois, in a Christian household with my mom, dad, and brother.

At school, I’m actively involved in student council and serve as the manager for the Fisher-GCMS soccer team. Outside of school, I work on weekends at Pear Tree Estate in Champaign, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced event environment.

I enjoy traveling and love exploring new places and cultures. Each summer, I volunteer as a helper at Vacation Bible School at East Bend Mennonite Church, and I also assist with youth soccer camps in Gibson City. These experiences have helped shape my passion for working with children and giving back to my community.

Looking ahead, I hope to pursue a career in psychology as a child and adolescent therapist. I've always known that I wanted my future job to involve helping others and making a positive impact. Serving others—especially youth—has always felt like a calling, and I’m excited to continue down that path.
